    During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.     Class Description

    WHAT IS CARDIOFIT?

    When most people think of cardio, they think of long, boring jogs, or endless hours on the elliptical. The good news is that there’s a method of cardio that takes much less time and is far superior to jogging to help you burn fat. It’s called High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

    What is High Intensity Interval Training?

    High Intensity Interval Training involves alternating between very intense bouts of cardio and low intensity cardio. For example, sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for 60 seconds is high intensity interval training. HIIT can be used both anaerobically (with weights in our CrossFit class) and aerobically with CardioFit.

FREE Group Exercise Classes

If you want to experience a group class for yourself without having to make a commitment, we can help. We offer to first time visitors the opportunity to experience a live class of their choosing for FREE!

According to information published in 2005 in the Journal of American Academy of Physician Assistants it is recommended that people exercise with a partner or group because they "are more likely to stay on track." You're more likely to complete a well-rounded exercise routine and get a potentially tougher workout. A class can help you move past a plateau, if you want to push yourself a little bit and improve.

Free classes are available for first time visitors only. Must be over 18 and a local resident with a valid ID. Not redeemable for cash. Other restrictions may apply.
